Chemical Composition/Ingredients
The GHS is an acronym for The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals. The GHS is a system for standardizing and harmonizing the classification and labelling of chemicals. Chemicals are associated with codes that define their health, physical and environmental hazards. This universal hazard communication system was developed to ensure that employers, employees and consumers are provided with adequate, practical, reliable and comprehensible information on the hazards of chemicals, so that they can take effective preventive and protective measure for their own health and safety.
Advanced
The GHS classifications for chemicals associated with products in this database may be viewed by selecting the "Advanced" button on the Chemical Ingredients tables. Since this is a work in progress, GHS classifications may not be shown for all chemical ingredients.-

Primary Chemical Name is the standard name assigned to a chemical substance.
ChemicalChemical Abstracts Service Registry Number is a unique identifier for a chemical and its synonyms. CAS numbers identify the chemical, but not its concentration or specific mixture. CAS Registry Numbers are assigned by the Chemical Abstracts Service, a division of the American Chemical Society. For more information: www.cas.org
CAS No./ID
We have assigned "ID numbers" (with 6 leading zeros or nines, e.g., 000000-xx-x , 888888-xx-x) or 999999-xx-x) for blends and chemicals that do not have CAS numbers. Is a seven-digit number (xxx-xxx-x) assigned by the European Commission to chemicals contained in three inventories:
EC No.
EINECS is the European Inventory of Existing Commercial Substances and its EINECS numbers are displayed as 2xx-xxx-x.
ELINCS is the European List of Notified Chemical Substances that was available after September 18, 1981 and its ELINCS numbers are displayed as 4xx-xxx-x.
NLP is the No-Longer Polymers category and its NLP numbers are displayed as 5xx-xxx-xPercent of chemical in preparation.

Since this is a work in progress, GHS classifications may not be shown for all chemical ingredients.Hazard Codes and their associated descriptions are an essential part of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). There are 4 categories of Hazard Codes:
- Physical Hazard Codes (H200 series)
- Health Hazard Codes (H300 series)
- Environmental Hazard Codes (H400 series)
- Supplementary Hazard Codes (EUH series)
Hazard Codes may be found in the "Advanced" version of Chemical Composition / Ingredients tables.

SVHC are defined in Article 57 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (“the REACH Regulation”) and include substances which are:
SVHC?
1. Carcinogenic, Mutagenic or toxic to Reproduction (CMR), meeting the criteria for classification in category 1 or 2 in accordance with Directive 67/548/EEC or in category 1a or 1b in accordance with EC No 1272/2008This directive was recently replaced by the new EU regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
2. Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic (PBT) or very Persistent and very Bioaccumulative (vPvB) according to the criteria in Annex XIII of the REACH Regulation, or
3. Identified, on a case-by-case basis, from scientific evidence as causing probable serious effects to human health or the environment of an equivalent level of concern as those above (e.g. endocrine disrupters).Mineral oil (unspecified) 999999-60-7 -- -- -------- ------- ---- No Xylene (mixed isomers) 001330-20-7 215-535-7 10 H226, H312, H332, H315 P210, P243, P260, P280, P303+P361+P353, P332+P313 No Diazinon 000333-41-5 206-373-8 25.0 H302, H400, H410 ------- No Ethylbenzene 000100-41-4 202-849-4 2 H225, H332 P201, P202, P210, P233, P240, P241, P242, P243, P260, P261, P271, P280, P281, P303+P361+P353, P304+P340, P308+P313, P312, P314, P370+P378, P403+P235, P405, P501 No 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene 000095-63-6 202-436-9 15 H226, H332, H319, H335, H315, H411 P210, P243, P280, P261, P302+P352, P305+P351+P338, P273, P391 No Petroleum distillate(s) (unspecified) 000000-02-6 -- -- -------- ------- ---- No Click on each chemical for information on chemical structure, properties and health effects.

Handling information
From MSDS EYE PROTECTION: Not normally required. In unusual cases, protective goggles should be worn. SKIN PROTECTION: Wear rubber gloves or chemically resistant gloves when handling. Use clothing and equipment consistent with good pesticide handling and application procedures, (long-sleeved shirt and long-legged pants). Wash thoroughly after handling. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Not required for normal handling. For protection in unusual cases, the MSA Conlo II Pesticide Respirator is recommended. Normal procedure - Handle concentrate in a well ventilated area. OTHER PRECAUTIONS: Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating or smoking. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Avoid contamination of feed and foodstuffs. Do not permit children or pet to go on to sprayed grass until spray has completely dried. Do not use on humans, household pets, or livestock. Food utensils such as spoons and measuring cups must not be used for food purposes after use in measuring pesticides. -
Disposal information
From MSDS Dispose of residues according to local, state and Federal health and environmental regulations. Do not reuse empty container. Thoroughly rinse container, securely wrap in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash. If disposal of a partially full container is necessary, make sure cap is tightly closed, securely wrap the container in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash. -
First Aid
From MSDS IF SWALLOWED: Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Do not induce vomiting unless no other treatment is available. Vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia. If it is necessary to induce vomiting, give victim one or two glasses of water and insert finger in back of throat. Repeat until vomit fluid is clear. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and apply artificial respiration if indicated. Get medical attention. IF ON SKIN: Wash promptly with soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Get medical attention. IF IN EYES: Rinse eyes with plenty of water and call a physician immediately. Sulfate by injection is antidotal. 2-PAM is also antidotal and may be administered, but only in conjunction with atropine. This product contains aromatic petroleum distillates which may present an aspiration hazard. Gastric lavage may be indicated if product was taken internally.
