Chemical Composition/Ingredients
The GHS is an acronym for The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals. The GHS is a system for standardizing and harmonizing the classification and labelling of chemicals. Chemicals are associated with codes that define their health, physical and environmental hazards. This universal hazard communication system was developed to ensure that employers, employees and consumers are provided with adequate, practical, reliable and comprehensible information on the hazards of chemicals, so that they can take effective preventive and protective measure for their own health and safety.

Risk to your health depends on level and duration of exposure. Reports have associated repeated and prolonged overexposure to solvents with neurological and other physiological damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling vapors can be harmful or fatal. For further information, refer to the material safety data sheet. This product is intended for occasional use only. For OSHA controlled workplace and other regular users – use only with a properly engineered air control system designed to prevent exceeding appropriate TLV. For occasional use, where engineered air control is not feasible, use properly fitted NIOSH approved self-contained breathing apparatus. A dust mask does not provide protection against vapors. Whenever possible, use outdoors in an open air area. Do not use in areas where vapors can accumulate and concentrate such as basements, bathrooms or small enclosed areas. Use only with adequate ventilation to prevent buildup of vapors. Open all windows and doors. Use only with a cross ventilation of moving fresh air across the work area. If strong odor is noticed or you experience slight dizziness, headache, nausea or eye-watering – stop – ventilation is inadequate. Leave area immediately. Do not take internally. Avoid breathing of vapors or mist and contact with skin and eyes. Contact of liquid or vapor with flame or hot surfaces will produce toxic gases and a corrosive residue that will cause deterioration of metal. Close container and store upright after each use. Do not reuse this container. -
